Unsure of where to embark on my May Day holiday amidst the hustle and bustle of the big city, I embarked on a journey to Tongliao, Inner Mongolia, after much deliberation. The internet was awash with numerous recommendations, leaving me spoiled for choice.
Here’s a snapshot of my itinerary:沈阳北站🚄—Tongliao Station (a cost of 90 yuan per person). Upon arrival at Tongliao Station, I checked into the Jinjiang Inn, conveniently located next to Wanda Mall. After settling in, we headed to Kulun Passenger Station and then took a taxi to Kulun Desert, a journey that was quite eventful.
Once there, we purchased tickets for various activities: the Desert Speedway (160 yuan), camel rides (60 yuan), and motorcycle rides (100 yuan). Each experience was thoroughly enjoyable and highly recommended. After the Desert Speedway ride, the driver kindly allowed us to take photos on the vehicle, adding a unique touch to our adventure. The drivers were exceptionally friendly, albeit communicating in Mongolian, a language I could barely understand, adding a comical element to our trip.
