I’ve arrived in Pingtan, and the island’s vastness is truly beyond comprehension! The scenic spots are so scattered that without renting a car, it’s almost impossible to imagine navigating between them. It’s certainly worth visiting once, but the thought of returning for a second time is somewhat daunting.
The photographic opportunities here are numerous, and it would take more than three days to capture them all. Alas, the lush summer scenery is missing, but the mild weather and gentle breeze make this time of year quite enjoyable as well.
Overall, Pingtan Island offers an unforgettable experience, from the serene beaches of Jingsha and Beibuwan to the mysterious caves of Xianrendong and the scenic bays of Tannanwan and Yuehaiwan. It’s a must-visit destination for anyone seeking to immerse themselves in the beauty of nature.
