Prior to my journey to Beijing, I perused numerous accommodation guides and ultimately settled on the Ji Hotel Beijing Jianguomen Baiqiao Street. Given the inflated accommodation costs during the Spring Festival, I opted for convenience and booked a single room for five nights in the Premium King Room category, at a total cost of ¥3,976.
As for transportation, my journey began with a flight to Beijing Capital International Airport. From Terminal 3, I took the Airport Express Line to Dongzhimen, costing ¥25 per person. From there, I hailed a taxi to the hotel, which cost approximately ¥20. The location of the hotel is conveniently situated, offering proximity to renowned tourist attractions such as Qianmen Street, Tiananmen Square, and the Drum Tower. Additionally, a nearby dumpling restaurant serves up delicious fare that is worth a try for anyone staying in the area!
Embarking on this journey marks the beginning of a new year filled with exploration and discovery. Whether you’re seeking hotel recommendations, urban exploration ideas, or comprehensive travel tips for Beijing, I hope my experience serves as a helpful guide. #KickstartNewYearWithATrip #HotelRecommendations #CityExploration #Travel #TravelTips #BeijingTravel #BeijingTravelGuide #Beijing #BeijingTrip #WhereToGoForSpringFestival #Capital #BeijingLodging
